Inside Sales Executive (Tele-Sales/Marketing)
We are looking for an experienced inside sales executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing IT products/services, fluent in business English (speaking and writing), result oriented, familiar with MS Office and other Marketing tools/software, with a great passion towards sales calls/emails and with a breakthrough positive attitude.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collecting contact information based on set criteria by the company
- Record keeping of contacts, follow ups and leads information
- Generating leads by making new calls (50 per day), follow-up calls (10 per week) and setting up online/in person meetings (8 per week) for the sales team.
- Coordinating with Sales/Tech team for setting up meetings.
- Learn product/service details, features and benefits and create necessary notes and documentations
- Explaining a brief of our product/service offerings over phone, to generate a spark with the prospect
- Elevator pitch for impressing during tele-talk-time.
- Coordination of products demos, webinars and other online activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in marketing and selling IT Products/Services (preferably cloud migration based or CI/CD related)
- Knowledge of Software Industry, professional marketing methodologies and tools. Exposure to different geographic regions, domains, products/services and opportunities
